Terms of Service

The service

Goaler helps you break long-term goals into daily tasks and optionally sync them with Google Calendar. It is provided as-is and may change, break, or be discontinued. We aim for it to be useful, not for guaranteed uptime.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.
• One person per account; don’t share logins.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Goaler for anything illegal, or to store content you don’t have the right to store.
• Don’t attempt to breach, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don’t abuse the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.

Your content

Your goals, tasks and notes are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them so the service works. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When connected, Goaler reads the calendars you select and — with write access — creates and manages events in a dedicated "Goaler" calendar. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, or revoke access from your Google account. How that data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI features

AI-generated plans are suggestions, not advice. They can be wrong or unrealistic — review them before acting on them. Goaler is not a medical, legal, financial or professional advisory service.

Payments, refunds and cancellation

Goaler is free to use. Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for every Goaler subscription: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax and VAT, so your statement shows Paddle rather than Goaler.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in force, until you cancel. We will email you before any price change that affects a renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings, which opens the Paddle customer portal. No reason is needed and there is no cancellation fee.
• Cancelling stops future charges. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Nothing you created is deleted.
• If Goaler is not what you expected, email info@goaler.pro within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. After 14 days a refund for a period already under way is at our discretion — but ask: a charge you did not intend, or a renewal you meant to cancel, is normally refunded.
• If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it over a few days and emails you. Pro stays active during that window; if payment still fails, the account returns to the free plan.
• None of this limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including the right in the EU and UK to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

Termination

You can stop using Goaler and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of Goaler. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
